Product Description V-shaped non-loaded cleaners are mainly used for cleaning the belt around the bend pulley in return strand, which can ensure the belt in clean condition and prevent big materials stuck between pulleys and belts to damage the equipment. This kind of cleaners have been widely used in kinds of industries, such as metallurgy, mines, cement and chemical engineering.

Technical Features 1. Unique design of scraper, which can clean scrap and water out of the belt; 2. The scraper is made of Polyurethane, which is of abrasion resistance, long service life and low replacement cost; 3. High-strength and anti-corrosive rigging turn buckles can adjust the cleaners precisely, freely and quickly, which can be insured to work in optimized condition.

Insurance Usually CIF to be effected by the sellers at 110% of invoice value covering Free from Particular Average (F.P.A.) as per China Insurance Clauses (C.I.C.) dated 1/1/1981. Of course, if you need other service we also can cover with particular average (w.p.a.) or All Risks with War Risks.

Packing and Freight 1. Packing: We all take standard export packing cases made of exemption plates that thickness of the composite plates are about the 9mm to 15mm according with the export requirements.
