China's first Chinese herbal medicine washing, cutting, and drying automatic mechanized linkage production line near Hushenwei Pharmaceutical Modern Chinese Medicine Industrial Park in the near future. The equipment is designed and manufactured in full compliance with the latest national GMP requirements, and the Chinese herbal medicines have been unpacked, selected, washed, and rinsed , cutting medicine to drying line processing. At present, the production line has entered the installation phase in the Chinese medicine pretreatment workshop.
The automatic mechanization and linkage line for washing and cutting of Chinese herbal medicines is the first domestic Chinese herbal medicine linkage line processing equipment that was developed and processed by the equipment supplier after full communication with relevant equipment suppliers by Shenwei Pharmaceuticals. Shenwei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has purchased and installed a total of four Chinese herbal medicine linkage production lines. The processing capacity of each production line is 1000KG/h. The production line was put into operation and exploratoryly realized the production and processing mode of the Chinese herbal medicine pipelines, which not only improved the processing efficiency of the Chinese herbal medicines in the Chinese traditional medicine pretreatment workshop, greatly reduced the labor intensity, but also played a key role in ensuring the quality stability of the medicinal materials processing. For the extraction of traditional Chinese medicine to achieve large-scale production to provide a reliable guarantee.
The Shenwei Modern Chinese Medicine Industrial Park constructed by Shenwei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has already passed the GMP certification and put into use in the first phase of the project's comprehensive preparation workshop. Major projects such as pretreatment and extraction workshops for Chinese medicines and traditional Chinese medicine injection workshops will also be completed and put into operation in the near future.
