The main reason is that the ambient temperature is too high; the distance between the lifting racks is large or loose.

Treatment method: Partially adopt heat insulation board, add outdoor sun visor; increase the number of lifting wires on the trolley wire, correct the conductor and tighten the screws.

Third, the shaking line is large during work

The main reason is that the fork cannot absorb the transmission error; the straightness of the guide rail is poor; the hanger is loose.

Treatment method: Correct the tractor so that it can absorb transmission errors freely; adjust the straightness of the guide rails; tighten the lifting rack screws.

Fourth, the brush wears fast

The main reasons are: uneven joints; excessive current carrying capacity; large spring pressure.

Treatment method: Reconnect the guide rails as required; increase the number of current collectors; replace and correct the spring pressure.

Fifth, brush side scrape

The main reasons are: brush wear, improperly positioned collectors, and excessive force transfer on the puller side of the tractor.

Treatment method: Replace and correct the spring pressure; replace the traction fork or correct the traction fork.

Sixth, there are sparks in the conductor

The main reason: Bad contact between the brush surface and the guide rail.

Treatment method: Detect the conductor joints, brush the brushes properly, and ensure 60% contact area.

Seventh, the trolley wire collector has a large abnormal noise

The main reason: the current is too large; the joints are not even.

Treatment method: increase the number of collectors; re-adjust the rail connection.

Eight, slippery wire collector shell scratches

Main reasons: conductor deformation; poorly positioned collector.
