PVC Foam Board Production Line is made and designed by our company through many years experience involving in manufacturing PVC free foamed board production line and PVC Crust Foamed Board Production Line. PVC Foamed Board Production Line has such characteristics as high surface hardness / good smoothness, etc.

 Crusher (crushing the edge of board trimmed) → Miller (milling the scraps into powder) →  Mixer (mixing the main materials and additives) →  SJSZ 80-156 Twin Conical Screws Extruder →  Mould →  Calibration Table →  Cooling Bracket →  Haul-off Machine →  Edge Cutting →  Cutter →  Stacker .
