Double-welded electrode welding arc welding is a new type of arc welding method invented by Professor Zou Zeng, which has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and high quality. The development project of 25 tons double-welded electrode welding machine has designed a novel guide wire tube, guide wire nozzle, fixed mold, distance mold, wire feed wheel, push wire control system and actuator to solve the synchronization of two welding wires. Key technical problems such as flat feed, long distance alignment, and eccentricity adjustment. The successful development of this project has provided technical support for the implementation and popularization of the new technology of double-welded electrode welding arc welding.

Shandong University successfully developed "double-solder electrode coating press"
The provincial science and technology project “Study on the development of a 25-ton double-solder electrode coating press†undertaken by Prof. Zou Zeng, from the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Shandong University, recently passed the technical appraisal hosted by the Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province. The appraisal committee unanimously believes that this press machine is novel in design, innovative, compact, easy to operate, and can mechanically produce double-welded electrode electrodes of various types of coatings.
