Key Features

Solids Handling Impeller

The two-vane, semi-open impeller is designed to handle solids up to 3" (76 mm) in diameter, depending on the model. The pump-out vanes on the impeller shroud help reduce material buildup behind the impeller, minimizing pressure on the seal and bearings, thus extending the pump's lifespan.

Abrasion-Resistant Seal

This exclusive double-floating mechanical seal features oil lubrication and silicon carbide faces, making it highly resistant to abrasion. It is specially designed for use in abrasive wastewater environments, ensuring long-lasting performance and minimal maintenance.

Removable Cover Plate

The removable cover plate allows quick access to the pump interior without disconnecting any piping. This makes it easy to clear clogs and return the pump to service in minutes. The impeller, seal, wearplate, and flap valve can also be accessed through this opening for inspection or maintenance.

Replaceable Wearplate

The T Series pumps feature replaceable wearplates that attach to the cover plate and can be easily removed for inspection or service. This eliminates the need for costly replacements of cast parts, reducing overall maintenance costs.

Removable Rotating Assembly

Removing the rotating assembly allows for easy inspection of the pump shaft or bearings without disturbing the casing or piping. On most models, simply remove four bolts from the back of the pump, and the assembly slides out smoothly.

Drive Variations

T Series pumps are available as basic units for connection to customer power sources, or they can be flex-coupled or V-belt driven by an electric motor. They can also be powered by gasoline or diesel engines. Electric motor-driven pumps with "standby" engine power are also available for added reliability.
