Domestic heavy truck companies are optimistic about the market potential in Xinjiang. Sales exceeded 10,000 vehicles in 2010

Recently, it was learned that in 2010, the heavy truck sales in the Xinjiang market will exceed 10,000 vehicles. Not long ago, Sinotruk and Shaanxi Auto held meetings in Xinjiang to discuss how to further develop the heavy truck market in Xinjiang. GAC Hino also held a theme in Xinjiang. The product promotion meeting won in Xinjiang shows that many domestic heavy truck companies are optimistic about the market potential of Xinjiang.

Xinjiang is rich in mineral resources and its species is far more than those in Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shaanxi, etc. It will be the province of resource supply in China in the future. This is a great opportunity for the truck industry. In 2010, the sales of heavy trucks in the Xinjiang region will exceed 10,000 vehicles, and by the 12th five-year plan, it will reach at least 12,000 vehicles. At present, the support of the 19 aid-providing provinces and cities in the country is mainly for southern Xinjiang, and investment in all regions of Xinjiang is very large. In addition to mineral resources, Xinjiang, which borders on Central Asian countries, has unique geographical advantages. Many heavy truck manufacturers and distributors regard Xinjiang as a springboard for exports. However, after suffering from the global financial crisis that swept through 2008-2009, Xinjiang’s heavy truck exports have not yet recovered. It is understood that the current export is still not. After the financial crisis, China has invested heavily in economic development. However, there is no such a generous investment abroad.

Although the demand for heavy trucks in Xinjiang has great potential, this does not mean that users in Xinjiang have no requirements for vehicles. The heavy competition in heavy trucks is now heating up and new products are being produced. However, most of them show work and do not improve the interior. For example, due to the unreasonable chassis layout of some products, many dump trucks accidentally scratched the bottom of the vehicle on the construction site in Xinjiang. This product is inherently flawed. China's commercial vehicles are not tested in the laboratory but in the hands of users. The R&D departments of the manufacturers must be in-depth and cannot make vehicles behind closed doors. When they find that the problem has been improved, they have caused losses to the customers.

However, many manufacturers have already realized this problem and improved product quality. China National Heavy Duty Truck has made many improvements to its products this year, such as increasing the engine and tank by 10 to 15 centimetres to increase the vehicle's passability. In addition, the braking method has also been improved to make the brakes more stable and also to protect the transmission.

On October 20, 2010, Shaanxi Automobile held a technical upgrade to its products at the “Tianshan Action” held in Xinjiang, such as strengthening and protecting the oil pan and increasing the ground clearance of fuel tanks and silencers. To improve the passing of construction vehicles in the mining area, and use enhanced version of the frame. On the basis of ensuring the advantages of traditional tractors, dump trucks, natural gas vehicles, and special vehicles, the Group will further strengthen the development of Xinjiang special products such as ultra-lightweight models to maintain Shaanxi Automobile's leading edge in product quality and technology in Xinjiang.

Now this season, dealers must start reasonable resource reserve, which is mainly for the 2011 sales season. Resources can be reserved from the following four aspects: The first is sanitation vehicles, such as garbage trucks, snow blowers, and sprinklers; the second is field vehicles and mining vehicles. The depth of excavation in many mining areas in Xinjiang reaches 300 to 400 meters. The steeper, the current mining vehicle has not yet reached scale, and the reliability needs to be improved; the third is the engineering-specific vehicles, such as concrete mixers, 8×4 bulk cement tankers, etc., because of railway construction, real estate construction, and early mining areas. All these products must be used. The fourth is the use of light-weight vehicles for road transport vehicles. Although the Xinjiang region is not strict on overloading, this mode of transport is not legal and will be rectified sooner or later. In addition, there is also a very important task is to increase the construction of service outlets.
