This part of the mineral particles is easy to fly into dust during the wind classification and electrification process. At the same time, this part of the fine particles is easily adsorbed on the roller of the electric separator to form a hard film, which weakens the conductivity of the roller and deteriorates the selection. No effect.

Experiments show that:

1. The industrial experiment of titanium coarse concentrate sieving and grading, coarse grain electric selection and fine flotation new process has obtained the index of 47.65% of titanium concentrate and 78.34% of the selected operation recovery rate.

2, to achieve the technical key selection of titanium coarse concentrate classification, one is the separation of coarse and fine grain size; the second is the fine-grained recycling. The high-frequency vibrating fine sieve should be used as the classification equipment of the titanium coarse concentrate, and the modified Tar oil is used as the fine-grained flotation collector .

3, floating titanium agent modified Tal oil source, a large collection capacity of titanium, cheap, non-toxic, can be often prepared, room temperature flotation, is an effective titanium collector.

4, re-election, combination methods strong magnetic separation, flotation, electrostatic separation, recovering titanium from iron ore tailings.

5. According to the multi-element analysis of the ore, the analysis of the original ore phase and the titanium phase, the titanium concentrate in the tailings can also be used: a single re-election, a single high-strength magnetic magnetic separation and other simplified processes.
