Labthink Paper and Board Products Water Vapor Penetration Tester

The PKT-W402 Water Vapor Permeability Analyzer is designed to measure the water vapor transmission rate of various materials including plastic films, composite films, aluminum foil, thin sheets, rubber, porcelain, solar panels, and medical patches. This device ensures accurate and reliable results for quality control and material testing in multiple industries.


Working Principle
The analyzer uses an infrared detection sensor method. The test sample separates the test chamber into an upper and lower room. Humid gas flows through the upper room while dry gas flows through the lower room. Water molecules pass through the sample from the upper to the lower chamber, where the infrared sensor measures the water vapor density to calculate the transmission rate.
