Double chamber vacuum brazing furnace machinery is composed of vacuum chambers, heating system, work rest, pumping system, cooling system, electrical control system and more.

One. Functional Characteristics:
1. The equipment features a double vacuum chamber with a single pumping system configuration. This allows two chambers to alternate operations, significantly increasing production efficiency.
2. The vacuum cavity is designed with a double hull structure, featuring an intermediate water layer for enhanced thermal insulation.
3. The electrical system uses PLC programming with a touch screen interface for user-friendly operation. It supports manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic modes.
4. Users can set the heating temperature and time according to their specific needs.
5. The monitoring system includes:
1) A digital compound vacuum gauge for accurate pressure measurement.
2) Automatic temperature monitoring devices.
3) Water level alarm systems for safety.
4) Pneumatic alarm systems for additional protection.
6. The automatic control system offers:
1) Vacuum system control and process visualization.
2) Basic unit control and power display.
3) Security alarms and diagnostic displays.
7. The work rest is fixed in the center of the chamber, consisting of three layers (upper, middle, and lower), where cup baskets are placed for efficient processing.
8. A small hydraulic forklift is used for loading and unloading workpieces (this must be prepared by the customer).

Material

All materials are made of stainless steel. The inner plating thickness is ≥10mm, outer plating ≥5mm, and door flange thickness ≥30mm. The chamber surface is spray-painted, and the color can be customized by the customer.

Structure

Horizontal, double-door design. Double-layer construction with an interlayer for cooling water. The door uses a spring hinge to ensure even pressure sealing. The door is equipped with a cylinder clamping mechanism with two sets. The pumping point is located at the top of the chamber, connected via a flap valve.

Inspection Window

A transparent inspection window is installed on the chamber door, allowing users to observe internal operations.

Work Rest

Made from Q235 angle iron, with a total of three layers. It comes with six stainless steel wire mesh cup baskets for production use.

Heating System

The heating system uses stainless steel U-type heat tubes, capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 550°C inside the chamber. Heat tubes are distributed around the work rest—up, down, left, right, front, back, and two middle layers. Eight thermocouples are installed to monitor eight different temperature points within the chamber. The system uses solid-state relays, temperature controllers, and PID control. The total heating power is approximately 90KW.

Pumping System

Diffusion Pump

One KT-800 diffusion pump from Zhenlong Company in Shenyang. Pumping speed: 30,000 L/S, Power: 13KW. Includes one water cold trap.

Booster Pump

One RTO-1200 Roots pump from Cuiman Company in Shanghai. Pumping speed: 1,200 L/S, Power: 12KW.

Mechanical Pump

One HL-150 rotary plunger pump from Shengong Company in Zhejiang. Pumping speed: 150 m³/h, Power: 11KW.

Holding Pump

One 2X-30 sliding vane rotary vacuum pump from Nanguang Company in Chengdu. Pumping speed: 30 m³/h, Power: 3KW.

Vacuum Measurement System

One digital compound vacuum gauge from Zhenghua Company in Chengdu. Two vacuum chamber switches are included.

Cooling System

Three sets of water separators. Inlet and outlet pipes are color-coded for clarity and aesthetics.
