Double chamber vacuum brazing furnace machinery is composed of vacuum chambers, heating system, work rest, pumping system, cooling system, and electrical control system.

One. Functional Characteristics:
1. The equipment features a double vacuum chamber with a single pumping system configuration. This allows the two chambers to alternate operations, significantly increasing production efficiency.
2. The vacuum cavity is designed with a double hull structure, featuring an intermediate water layer for enhanced thermal insulation.
3. The electrical system uses PLC programming with a touch screen interface for easy operation. It supports manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic modes.
4. Heating temperature and time can be set flexibly according to the process requirements.
5. Monitoring system includes:
1) Digital compound vacuum gauge for accurate pressure measurement.
2) Temperature monitoring device for real-time tracking.
3) Water-level automatic alarm system for safety.
4) Pneumatic automatic alarm system for emergency alerts.
6. The automatic control system offers:
1) Vacuum system control and process visualization.
2) Work unit control and power display.
3) Security alarms and diagnostic displays.
7. The work rest is fixed in the center of the chamber and consists of three layers (top, middle, bottom), with cup baskets placed inside for holding workpieces.
8. A small hydraulic forklift is used for loading and unloading workpieces, which should be prepared by the customer.

Material

All materials are made of stainless steel. Inner plating thickness ≥10mm, outer plating thickness ≥5mm. Door flange thickness ≥30mm. Chamber surface is spray-painted, with color customizable by the customer.

Structure

Horizontal, double-door design. Double-layer structure with an interlayer for cooling water. Doors use spring hinges for even sealing pressure. Cylinder clamping mechanism with two sets. Pumping point located at the top of the chamber with a flap valve connection.

Inspection Window

A window is installed on the vacuum chamber door, allowing observation of internal operations.

Work Rest

Constructed from Q235 angle iron, with three layers. Includes six cup baskets made of stainless steel wire mesh for efficient production.

Heating System

Uses stainless steel U-type heating tubes. Maximum temperature reaches 550°C inside the chamber. Heat tubes are arranged around the work rest, covering all directions. Eight thermocouples monitor eight different points. Solid-state relays, temperature controllers, and PID control are used. Total heating power is approximately 90KW.

Pumping System

Diffusion Pump

Adopted one KT-800 diffusion pump from Zhenlong Company in Shenyang. Pumping speed: 30,000 L/S, Power: 13KW. Equipped with a water cold trap.

Booster Pump

Adopted one RTO-1200 roots pump from Cuiman Company in Shanghai. Pumping speed: 1,200 L/S, Power: 12KW.

Mechanical Pump

Adopted one HL-150 rotary plunger valve pump from Shengong Company in Zhejiang. Pumping speed: 150 m³/h, Power: 11KW.

Holding Pump

Adopted one 2X-30 sliding vane rotary vacuum pump from Nanguang Company in Chengdu. Pumping speed: 30 m³/h, Power: 3KW.

Vacuum Measurement System

Equipped with one digital compound vacuum gauge from Zhenghua Company in Chengdu. Two vacuum chamber switches are used.

Cooling System

Three sets of water separators. Inlet and outlet pipes are color-coded for clarity and neat installation.
