Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline was formally put into production and operation safely lost 108 days

As of April 18, the Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline passed 108 days in safety and stability, and it has reached 5 million tons of Russian crude oil, which is 1/3 of the designed annual output.

The Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline originates from Russia's Far East pipeline Skovorodino transfer station and ends at the reserve warehouse at the last station of Daqing Linyuan in China. It has a total length of nearly 1,000 kilometers and is designed to transport 15 million tons annually. Among them, the large-scale project in China's Inner Mongolia area started construction on May 18, 2009 and was completed and put into production on January 1, 2011. As of April 16, the pipeline operated steadily for 106 days.

China National Petroleum Corporation also disclosed yesterday that the localization project of key equipment for long-distance natural gas transmission pipelines, the 20 MW class ultra-high-speed explosion-proof frequency-variable-speed synchronous motor, has recently passed the National Energy Administration's new product appraisal. This is another major breakthrough in the key equipment for domestic electric drive units for long-distance pipelines in China.

Long-distance natural gas pipelines must continue to pressurize natural gas from the air source to downstream users thousands of miles away. Therefore, a pressure station should be set at intervals along the pipeline. The frequency conversion speed control unit of the electric drive unit and the ultra-high speed explosion-proof frequency conversion speed synchronous motor are the "heart equipment" of the compressor station. Previously, because the rotational speed problem of one of the core technologies of domestic electric motors had not been effectively solved, the electric motor unit had been dependent on imports.
