First, the reasons for the deformation of the orifice plate

Orifice plate deformation is due to thermal expansion, the gap between the outer diameter of the orifice plate and the annulus disappears, the orifice plate can not expand to the outer diameter direction when it continues to expand, so under the effect of differential pressure on both sides of the orifice plate, produce the exit side convex Out of the deformation.
