Plate and gasket are the critical part of a removable Plate Heat Exchanger. The main function of the plate is to isolate the medium and perform heat exchange. Its main materials are stainless steel (304/304L, 316/316L, 254SMO), titanium, nickel, titanium-palladium alloy, Hastelloy, etc. The sealing gasket is installed in the gasket groove around the plates to seal the periphery between the plates to prevent the fluid from leaking out, and according to the design requirements, seal part of the corner holes so that the hot and cold media flow according to their own flow paths.
