Party members of the equipment manufacturing factory study the spirit of the 17th Party Congress in batches and in stages
The training workshop for equipment manufacturers to study and implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China officially kicked off. The event was opened with a mobilization speech delivered by the Party Committee Secretary, Zhang Guoyan, who emphasized the importance of adhering to the guiding principles set forth by the Congress. A total of 75 party members from 18 different Party branches across the factory attended the first day of the training.
In order to effectively implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the CPC, the factory's Party Committee followed the "Notice from the Dongfeng Motor Company Party Committee on Organizing the Training Course for Studying and Implementing the 17th National Party Congress." Based on this directive, the equipment manufacturer's Party Committee launched a staged learning program throughout the plant, focusing on the 17th National Spirit Training Class. The course targeted middle-level managers, party members, team leaders, league cadres, and aspiring party members. The training took place from March to June 2008, ensuring comprehensive coverage and deep understanding of the key messages from the Congress.
The training program included a variety of activities such as reviewing the official report of the 17th National Congress, attending special lectures on the Constitution of the Communist Party of China, engaging in group discussions, and writing reflective experiences. To reinforce the learning outcomes, a closed-book examination was scheduled at the end of the training. Participants would be evaluated based on their attendance, exam performance, and written reflections, with top performers receiving recognition and encouragement.
The factory's Party Committee urged all Party branches to carefully organize their members for the training and to conduct thorough summaries of the learning process. Through this intensive training initiative, the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress was transformed into the conscious actions of all Party members. The goal was to put these principles into practice, ensuring that all work targets for 2008 were met successfully and efficiently. This effort not only strengthened the ideological foundation of the Party but also reinforced unity and determination among the workforce.
