Party members of the equipment manufacturing factory study the spirit of the 17th Party Congress in batches and in stages
The training workshop for equipment manufacturers to study and implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China officially kicked off. The party committee secretary, Zhang Guoyan, delivered an inspiring mobilization speech, emphasizing the importance of aligning with the Party's guidelines and strengthening ideological education among employees. A total of 75 party members from 18 different party branches across the factory attended the first day of the training.
In order to fully implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the CPC, the party committee of the equipment manufacturer organized this training session in accordance with the official notice issued by the Dongfeng Motor Company’s Party Committee. The initiative aims to promote a deeper understanding of the Congress’s policies among all levels of staff, including middle-level managers, party members, team leaders, league cadres, and aspiring party members. The training program ran from March to June 2008, ensuring a structured and comprehensive learning process.
The curriculum included a detailed review of the 17th National Congress report, as well as special lectures on the Constitution of the Communist Party of China. In addition to formal sessions, participants engaged in group discussions, shared written reflections, and exchanged experiences to deepen their understanding. To reinforce the learning outcomes, a closed-book exam was scheduled at the end of the program. Outstanding participants would be recognized based on their attendance, test performance, and the quality of their learning experiences.
The factory’s party committee urged each party branch to ensure that all members participated actively and took the training seriously. They also required a thorough summary of the learning process after each session. Through this intensive training, the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress was transformed into concrete actions among party members and all employees. This initiative aimed to strengthen internal cohesion, ensure the smooth achievement of the company’s work targets in 2008, and lay a solid foundation for future development.
