·The new Camry 2.0-liter power upgrade will be made in China

At this year's Guangzhou Auto Show, the new Camry, which has undergone a mid-term change, has officially stepped onto the stage. The redesigned car not only involved the appearance, but also upgraded the powertrain. It is reported that GAC Toyota will continue to achieve the localization of 2.0 liters of new power.
Q: The new Camry has attracted a lot of attention. Why did you make such a change?
A: The overall change of the new Camry was made after a Chinese consumer survey. The focus of this mid-term change is to fully upgrade the internal power system. The maximum power of the 2.0-liter engine is 123 kW, and the comprehensive fuel consumption per 100-kilometer is only 7 liters, which can provide strong support for our next step of popularization and sales. The new Camry engine will be made in China.
Q: Will Toyota have a new market stimulus policy for the remaining one month?
A: In 2014, GAC Toyota sales volume has reached a record high. From January to October this year, the development of GAC Toyota was still very healthy and orderly. The production and sales increased by 24% year-on-year, higher than the industry average. For the rest of 2014, we will focus on preparing for the new Camry listing, while further increasing sales of models such as Ralink.
