Test drive:
1, open the inlet valve, hand crank, flexible no stuck phenomenon;
2, the "no closure" sign removed, close the main circuit breaker;
3, Jogging test drive, motor rotation is normal, no abnormal sound;
4, start the motor, open the outlet valve;
5, the motor rotates normally, no abnormal sound, no radial transmission, vibration phenomenon, pipeline pressure increased to normal pressure;
6, running time does not exceed 1 minute, stop the pump running, test the end.

1. Ovality and shaft taper can not be greater than one-thousandth of the shaft diameter.
2. Shaft surface roughness Ra <1.6um.

(2) Standard for overhauling centrifugal pump packing gland
1. Gland end face must be vertical.
2. Packing gland and sleeve diameter clearance 0.75 ~ 1.0mm.
3. Packing gland outer diameter and filling box gap 0.1 ~ 0.15mm.
