On May 21, 2011, several officials from the European Union’s Ministry of Transport reviewed the European Union’s previous EU qualifications. The official responsible for the certification review team accompanied by Valin’s EU certification program team conducted a detailed inspection of the production lines and quality inspection lines of Hualing.
During the review, EU experts inquired about relevant issues, and the relevant person in charge of Valin also gave their answers. Afterwards, in the multi-media room on the fourth floor of Hualing, the quality director and European Union officials held discussions. The EU experts highly praised the quality of Valin's products. Officials from the European Ministry of Transport stated that Valin's production consistency is very complete. Their only COP inspection has so far failed to propose a correction.
It is understood that the EU certification that is strictly in accordance with EU regulations and the provisions of the European Economic Commission regulations for the safety certification of motor vehicles and safety related parts and systems, is regarded as a passport for manufacturers to open and enter the European market, and US certification and Japanese certification together constitute the world's three major automotive certification systems. The certification is carried out once every two and a half years on vehicle manufacturers that have obtained EU certification qualifications, and they are officially awarded an EU certification, so that manufacturers can qualify for heavy truck export to Europe.
