The FPP series of mills integrate key components such as grinding rollers, discs, motors, reducers, pressurization systems, feeding and discharging devices, frames, and electronic control units. The entire production process is managed through computerized systems, with automated instrument control, real-time display, and intelligent sound and light alarm mechanisms. This ensures smooth operation, high efficiency, and ease of management.
In practical applications at Shandong Shunxing Cement Co., Ltd. and Nantong Shihua Cement Co., Ltd., the FPP series has demonstrated remarkable performance improvements. For instance, when grinding cement clinker, the mill output increased by over 50%, while energy consumption was reduced by 20–30%. When processing cement raw materials, the output was boosted by up to 100%, with energy savings ranging from 30–40%. Additionally, grinding 1 ton of cement saves 6–8 kWh of electricity, and for a production volume of 10,000 tons, this translates to a saving of 6–8 million kWh annually. These efficiencies can result in cost savings of approximately 50,000 to 60,000 yuan per month.
