Processing requirements for arc gears

The radial and end face swing of the arbor and the axial turbulence of the arbor directly affect the hob clamping and the radial runout of the turret. If the adjustment of the arbor and the hob is not fine, the accuracy and rigidity of the machine tool are good, and the high-precision medium-hard double-arc gear can not be processed. Because it is a rolling high-speed gear, the tolerance requirements of all beating are relatively strict. Generally, the hob turret is slashed by 0.4 times, and the axial turbulence of the arbor is influenced by the relationship of 0.9 times on the tooth profile error. Therefore, the turret jumping and the axial movement of the shank must be strictly controlled, so that the high-precision medium-hard double-arc gear can be processed. During hobbing, the movement between the hob and the workpiece being cut is equivalent to a pair of staggered shaft helical gear drives. The hob axis and the workpiece (gear) axis space are interlaced, which requires the hob holder to be pulled to the exact mounting angle to ensure proper meshing of the pair of staggered shafts, otherwise the tooth thickness and tooth profile accuracy of the machined gear will be affected.
The processing requirements of the herringbone gear, in addition to meeting the accuracy requirements, require that the helix angles of the two halves of the teeth are equal, the directions are opposite, the tooth lines are required to be symmetrical, intersecting at the center line of the undercut. Symmetry is critical, and the general requirement is no more than 0.2, which reflects the relative axial turbulence of the two gears when properly engaged. If the amount of turbulence is too large (asymmetry error is too large), it will increase the axial force of the bearing and even damage the bearing. The symmetry of the two halves of the herringbone gear is currently mainly guaranteed by the scribing process, which is more strict with the technical requirements of the process and the operator. In some factories, the processing technology of the herringbone gear is to first machine the tooth direction of one end, remove the workpiece to the fitter section, and draw the corresponding symmetric cogging line by the scribing machine, and then correct the machine tool again, and the operator of the gear hobbing machine Machining, this method has a large error. The reason is that there is a certain error between the finished tooth width and the unprocessed tooth width, so that the symmetrical point lead is directly reflected in the tooth centering. The line has a certain error. After the upper hobbing section, the operator does not know the details, and the scribe line is too wide, and it is repeated several times during processing. There are also certain errors in the two clamping of the workpiece, so that after superimposing each other, the left and right tooth symmetry is often out of tolerance.

Flat disk Rotary Damper mainly used for large diameter, small height space. Disk dampers provide energy absorption and rotational deceleration. We offer many different models from mild to extreme. Our disk dampers are the perfect solution for a wide range of applications, from scanner, and glove boxes to auditorium seating to. Disk dampers are designed to control and smooth out the opening and closing of lids, and doors.

Our damper is conducive to performing structural movement in soft, silent and safe environment, mitigating impact load, avoiding strike damage, prolonging mechanical life, reducing noise disturbance, improving product quality and improve customer satisfaction.
