Daily maintenance content:
1. Check the air filter and coolant level;
2. Check hoses and all fittings for leaks;
3. Check the records, if the consumable parts have reached the replacement cycle, they must be shut down and replaced;
4. Check the record. When the exhaust temperature of the main engine reaches or approaches 98 °C, the oil cooler must be cleaned;
5. Check the record, if it is found that the separator pressure difference reaches 0.6BAR or more (limit 1BAR) or the pressure difference begins to decline, stop the separation core;
6. Check the condensate discharge. If the displacement is too small or there is no condensate discharge, the wash water separator must be shut down;



Monthly maintenance content:
1. Check the surface of the oil cooler and clean it if necessary;
2. After cleaning the cooler;
3. Cleaning the water separator;
4. Check all wire connections and tighten them;
5. Check the AC contactor contacts;
6. Clean the surface of the motor suction port and the surface of the housing;
7. Clean the oil return filter;

Quarterly maintenance content:
1. The main motor is filled with grease;
2. Clean the main motor and fan motor;
3. Replace the coolant;
4. Replace the oil filter;
5. Clean the oil cooler;
6. Check the minimum pressure valve;
7. Check the sensor.

Daily maintenance content:
1. Check the air filter and coolant level;

3. Check the intake air temperature and exhaust temperature of each level, and clean the intercooler and aftercooler if necessary;
4. Check the bearing oil pressure and oil temperature, and clean the oil cooler if necessary;
5. Check the condensate discharge. If the displacement is too small or there is no condensate discharge, the wash water separator must be shut down;



Monthly maintenance content:

5. Check the bleed valve and replace the repair kit if necessary;
6. Check all metal hoses.

Maintenance content per quarter, maintenance content per year, annual maintenance content



Quarterly maintenance content:

1. Check the instrument air source filter:
〉Drainage, cleaning>Replace the filter
2. Control the low level drainage of the gas source pipeline.
3. Check the steam trap.
〉Open cleaning>Replace if necessary
4. Motor bearing into the grease> stop, use the manual oil gun to refuel > pay attention to the type and quantity of grease.
5. Visually inspect the intake filter core.
〉Clean, replace if necessary
6. Check the oil mister core.
〉Check if the old core is deformed>Replace if necessary> Pay attention to refueling the U-tube when re-installing
7. Oil mist core can be used for a long time, no need to change frequently
8. Check the control cabinet > Clean the cooling fan and filter > Confirm that the vibration transmitter connector is not loosely connected > Confirm that all terminal connections are not loose


Half-year maintenance content:
1. Lubricate the air compressor coupling and visually inspect the dry coupling.
2. Check the exhaust check valve
3. Replace the oil filter
4. Air cooler to do water pressure test, record water pressure, pressure time and CTD.
5. Replace the motor (self-lubricating type) lubricant
6. Air compressor oil sampling, analysis of oil quality.
7. Verify the control system according to the requirements of the air compressor operating manual.
8. Verify the intake and bypass valves.
9. Repeat the maintenance content for each season.


Annual maintenance content:
1. Check the motor according to the requirements of the air compressor operating manual
2. Visually inspect the coupling, check the centering for relubrication, and replace worn parts.
3. Turn the large gear by hand to feel the degree of wear of the self-lubricating bearing of the large gear.
4. Check and clean the suction filter.
5. Check the oil cooler tubing and clean the cooling water passage if necessary.
6. Check the anti-corrosion (zinc) coating inside the oil cooler and redo it necessary.
7. Check the intake valve.
8. Check the bypass valve.
9. Check the exhaust check valve.
10. Replace the lubricant (except TECHTROL GOLD)



Regenerative Dryer Maintenance Guide

Daily maintenance content:


Precautions


1. Check the automatic drain valve on the pre-filter before each shift every day.
2. Check if the operation of changing towers, regeneration and boosting is normal.
3. Check operating conditions, inlet pressure, inlet temperature and air flow.
4. Check the moisture indicator, blue for dryness and pink for wet.
5. Check if the muffler is dirty. If the regenerative tower back pressure is too large, the muffler needs to be replaced.
6. Check the pre-filter and post-filter pressure drop. If the pressure drop exceeds 0.5 bar, replace the filter element.



Monthly maintenance content:
1. Check the control air filter of the heatless and hot regenerative dryer. Replace if necessary.
2. Check the filter element of the blast dryer guide filter and replace if necessary.
3. Check the suction filter of the blower dryer and replace if necessary.
Quarterly maintenance content:
1. Inspect the front and rear filter cores to check for blockages and possible damage and replace as needed.
2. Purge the safety valve with compressed air.
3. Check the dew point status of the output.


Annual maintenance content:
1. Close the shut-off valve connecting the inlet/outlet of the dryer, completely open the bypass line, thoroughly depressurize the dryer system, open the desiccant filling port, sample and check the desiccant, if the desiccant is contaminated and crushed by oil, please replace Desiccant.
2. Remove and inspect the outlet check valve. Repair and replace as appropriate.
3. Remove and inspect the imported pneumatic valve and regenerative exhaust valve to clean and replace worn seat and seals.
4. Check the pneumatic valve cylinder for leaks or seals for wear.
5. Repair check the boost valve.
6. Maintenance inspection and control of the pneumatic solenoid valve.
7. Calibrate the dew point probe (if equipped with a dew point meter).
8. Check if the muffler is blocked by oil or dust. The back pressure should be replaced if it exceeds 0.35 bar.
