The second phase of the project is a carbon fiber composite product production project. The project started in March 2010 and has completed the first-phase project construction. After completion, it will form an annual production capacity of 10 million square meters of high-performance carbon fiber prepreg and annual production of 500 tons of carbon fiber composite products.


The project has introduced internationally advanced production equipment from Switzerland, Germany and other places. The modern production line integrating automatic coating, dipping, rewinding and slitting machines has almost adopted all the advanced production technologies of carbon fiber prepreg in the world. Its prepreg width of 1,600 mm is the largest and largest scale production line in China.


On the same day, Sichuan Xinwanxing Carbon Fiber Composites Co., Ltd. also signed a strategic technology cooperation agreement with the Department of Automotive Engineering of Tsinghua University and the United States Yaqi Company to strengthen technical cooperation in the field of carbon fiber composite materials.
