The use of electric slag gate valve:

The slag discharge gate valve is applicable to the piping of mortar discharge system of thermal power station water conservancy system and hydraulic engineering works with nominal pressure PN1.6～6.4Mpa and working temperature of 0～100°C, and cuts off or connects the medium in the pipeline. The applicable medium is: ash Water mixture, slag water mixture (slag water ratio 1:6, maximum material <50 MM).

Electric slag gate valve structure features:

The flange is bolted and the ends of the branch are flanged or butt welded.

The open and close parts adopt semi-sealed pair forced seal and have excellent performance.

Sealing materials are wear-resistant ceramics or wear-resistant alloys, strong wear resistance, abrasion resistance, durable erosion, scratch resistance, low friction, and reliable sealing.

The outlet of the valve body is of a reasonable type, with no slag, flexible opening and closing, and no jamming.

The valve stem is tempered and nitrided on the surface and has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and wear resistance.

Medium and large caliber sets the rolling bearing, opening and closing easily.
