The inner height of the cab's rear row of 1720mm is entirely suitable for firefighters to replace firefighters on the car, saving valuable time for fire fighting. 
The product optimizes the engine operating characteristics according to the characteristics of fire trucks; automatic transmissions are used to meet the changing requirements of fire engines. The frame adopts a high-strength Steel Plate with a yield strength of 700 MPa, which satisfies the requirements of long-term full-loading of the fire engine and reduces the weight of the entire vehicle. The suspension adopts a small leaf spring and a lateral stabilizer structure to reduce the center of gravity of the vehicle and improve the resistance. Rollover capability; front-rear rear drum brakes are used to improve driving safety; a large, one-piece, three-row passenger compartment with frame structure has been developed specifically for fire fighting needs; a key-operated ignition switch is used under the car. , transmission double shifter structure, easy to ground operation; the use of CAN bus to control the vehicle and fire prevention uniform, improve the level of automation; using high-power generators, high-capacity batteries and high-standard connector to meet The demand for large power consumption of fire engines has been reserved; other fire electronic equipment interfaces have been reserved; the vehicle's anti-electromagnetic interference capability (EMC) has reached the international advanced level.
The research results of the project include a number of innovative technologies that fill the gaps in the domestic urban fire truck chassis. Eight national invention patents have been applied, and eight utility model patents and 12 design patents have been authorized. During the development process, the company has established the “City Requirements for City Main Battle Fire Truck Technical Requirements†and provides a large number of basic data for the formulation of fire protection industry standards. The successful development of this special chassis has an important role in improving the R&D and manufacturing level of domestic fire engines. 
As of now, FAW's main battle fire chassis sales are still good. Among them, Heilongjiang has sold 50 units, 50 units in Jilin, 37 in Hunan, 7 in Qingdao, 9 in Dalian, and 10 in various types of conversion plants.

Since March 2011, the Ministry of Transport has begun to fully implement the “Measures for the Inspection and Supervision of Fuel Consumption of Road Transport Vehiclesâ€, but due to various reasons, the company has generated many complaints. Subsequently, the Ministry of Industry and Communications communicated with the Ministry of Transport several times and the Ministry of Transport had promised that if the national standards of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology can be implemented as soon as possible, the relevant work of the Ministry of Transport can be suspended.
