Oil Tanker Transfer Operation 6 Attention

The collection and delivery of oil products is the most basic and most frequent operation of oil tanker tankers. In order to ensure safety, tank tank operators need to achieve “six priorities”:

(1) The job pays attention to contact. When receiving the notice of receiving and paying oil, it is necessary to know in detail the type of oil and oil received, the tank number, the amount of oil, the direction of arrival or departure, and the time and record. When other positions are required to cooperate with the company's pump personnel, they should be notified at the same time and make appropriate preparations.

(2) process attention to control. There are automatic control system requirements for indoor display and on-site comparison; no automatic control system requirements to achieve "three controls" that is the process board, listing number, site, to ensure that the process is accurate. After receiving and paying the work, close the relevant valve in time.

(3) Check the quality. Seriously check whether the water content of the pay and oil collection tank, the oil amount, the state of the equipment and the medium in the pipeline, the quality analysis, etc. are in compliance with the transmission and transfer conditions.

(4) Check the equipment. Compare the control system (or process board) flow to check whether the oil tanks, valves, pipelines and other equipment of this operation are in good condition, and whether the heavy and crude oil lines are operating normally.

(5) Dynamic attention to master. After opening the pump (or opening the valve), check whether the receipt and payment of the oil is normal. In the process of transmission, it is necessary to keep abreast of the dynamics of oil products in this process and find problems in a timely manner. Oil tanker tanks must not exceed the safe height, and oil should not be less than the allowable minimum level. When the tank is about to fill up, it will take the initiative to contact the other party and dispatch when it is empty.

(6) Measurements are accurate. Before and after the transmission and transmission, accurate and timely measurement must be made, and the amount of check should be actively checked with the other party. If there is any abnormality, it shall be promptly identified.
