The production process of the new cast pipe extra large diameter cast pipe double station has been successfully developed.
Recently, Xinxing Casting Pipe successfully developed a double-station production process for DN2000mm × 8000mm extra-large diameter centrifugal ductile iron pipes, marking a significant breakthrough in the company's technological innovation. This new process has not only significantly improved production efficiency but also strengthened the company's competitive edge in the global market.
Previously, the twin-station production method was limited to pipe diameters of DN1600mm or smaller. For larger sizes, such as DN1800mm and above, only a single-station process could be used, which was inefficient and restricted production capacity. Since the second half of 2005, the third casting pipe department at Xinxing Casting Pipe formed a dedicated research team. Through extensive research and practical trials, they eventually overcame technical barriers. On March 21 this year, they successfully completed a heat load test, achieving a more than 60% increase in output and significantly reducing costs. The project has brought substantial economic and social benefits to the company.
