Recently, Marine Exhaust Systems introduced a compact genset silencer that meets the requirements of tight spaces. It can be challenging to install a generator and its exhaust system onto a new ship or modified ship, especially in a space-limited cabin. According to Marine Exhaust Systems, the company's goal is to solve space constraints with its new Silent Sprayer Series 4 ultra-thin wall-packed generator muffler. The company can now design a muffler for power up to 35 kW with a width of 12 inches, a height of 17 inches and a thickness of 4 inches. Due to its compact, low profile size, it is suitable for any marine use and can be mounted on the side of the hull, in the bulkhead or in the recess of the generator body. According to the manufacturer, although its size is small, it does not reduce its silencing ability. In the case of engine exhaust, normal conversations can be easily heard. The silencer does not vibrate due to the rubber mounting. It is reported that the silent series 4 series ultra-thin wall package generator muffler is made of biaxial flame retardant Hetron FR 998 epoxy vinyl ester resin alkali-free glass fiber (e-glass). All hose connections are fitted with a 316L stainless steel crush-resistant ring.

After treatment by the equipment, can get about 20% of the oil profits from domestic waste, and in the process, through the low temperature anaerobic biomass pyrolysis of domestic waste harmless treatment, to ensure environmental health.

Living garbage disposal equipment has two system:
1. Garbage Sorting System
The equipment is applied to separate organic waste and inorganic waste from large-size refuse and processing them separately.
2. Biomass Pyrolysis Equipment
2.1 The combustible waste after sorting and shredding such as life rubber, plastics and knitted fabrics is conveyed into the low-temperature and anaerobic biomass decomposing processor. Through catalyzing and heating, oil gas is produced and then condensed into oil mixture by condenser. The remaining that can`t be liquefied is processed through gas purification system and then used to generate electricity by gas generator. The smoke after burning goes into smoke scrubbers so as to remove acid gas and dust, and then is discharged through chimney when it reaches relevant environmental standards. The residue from biomass decomposition is conveyed into carbon black collecting tanks through sealed screw, without any pollution.
