Pressure tester maintenance and operation precautions

1. Before use, check whether the oil in the fuel tank is sufficient. You can check the right side oil mark. If it is not enough, you should open the rear box plate and add it to the oil tank. It is advisable to set the oil level at the oil level.

2. Check if the oil filling joints and fasteners are loose and tighten them if loose. Check the dust cover should be intact. Check whether the safety protection measures such as electrical grounding and fuse protection are effective.

3. When using it for the first time, the oil return valve should be opened first, the oil return valve closed, the power supply turned on, the start button pressed, the oil pump started to work, then the oil return valve was closed, the oil valve was slowly opened, the piston rose a certain distance, Is it stuck? If yes, it should be unloaded, shut down and checked. Open the return valve and the piston will drop to its original position.

4. Wipe the surface of the specimen clean and check for obvious defects in the appearance. If there is any influence on the test value, replace the non-destructive specimen.

5. Press the lower pressure plate of the test piece to locate the wire frame in the center of the lower platen. Press the size of the test piece, turn the hand wheel and screw, and adjust the upper platen to the appropriate position.

6. Turn on the power supply of the measurement and control system (the switch is behind the measurement and control box), and perform the input of all relevant data such as clearing and clock modification according to the operation steps.

7. Press the start button, close the oil return valve, regulate the delivery valve, run the load test at a steady rate as required, and smash the test piece to reduce the load. The return valve is then opened, allowing the oil to flow back quickly to the tank.

8. At the end of the test, press the "Print" button on the panel. The printer can print out the test report.

9. During operation, the height of the lower platen must not exceed 4cm (or the mark on the column) to avoid accidents.

10. Do not place any part of the human body such as a hand between the upper and lower pressure plates during operation, and pay attention to the fragmentation of the test piece when it breaks.

11. Immediately after the test, remove the broken test block for the next test. When the test is no longer done, open the return valve, close the delivery valve, and cut off the power supply.

Six, pressure testing machine maintenance and oil

1. The inside and outside of the testing machine should always be kept clean and tidy to prevent corrosion of all departments.

2, always check the cleanliness of the oil or not. Generally, at least once a week, the precipitation of oil in the oil tank must be released from the oil discharge port. The quantity depends on the degree of oil contamination until the released oil has no dirt. Regular users should remove and inspect the oil filter once a month. If the dirt plugs are serious or damaged, the oil filter must be replaced.

3. When it is used frequently, change oil every six months. At the same time, use kerosene to thoroughly clean fuel tanks, oil filters and oil filters. Repeat several times until it is clean, then wipe the bottom of the box with a towel, but then pour clean oil. If it is usually found that the oil is cloudy and cannot be reused, it should be replaced.

4. The hydraulic oil specifications vary depending on the test room temperature. The recommendations are as follows:

When the room temperature is lower than 20°C, use GB7631.1-87 anti-wear hydraulic oil L-HM46 (its viscosity is equivalent to the old brand No. 30) When the room temperature is higher than 20°C, use GB7631.1-87 anti-wear hydraulic oil L -HM68 (its viscosity is equivalent to the old brand No. 40)
