Conducted at the Superior Boiler facility in Hutchinson, Kansas, by Montrose Air Quality Services—a renowned expert in emissions testing—the comprehensive test confirmed NOx emissions consistently under 2.5 ppm (corrected to 3% O2), even across the full operational range of the boiler. This burner uses patented technology to achieve ultra-low NOx emissions without relying on air filters or flue gas recirculation (FGR), all while operating efficiently at standard gas pressures. Designed and manufactured by Oilon—one of the largest global burner producers—the LN30 series is UL-approved and supported by a robust network of Nationwide Boiler and Oilon’s in-house engineering, service, and R&D teams. Repair parts and complete burners (ranging from 70 HP to 450 HP) are kept in stock at Oilon’s Thomasville, Georgia facility, ensuring quick service and parts availability for Nationwide Boiler clients. Additionally, the Oilon LN30 burner comes with a 5-year warranty for the burner head and extension, offering customers peace of mind regarding its long-term reliability.
