Here's a report from Jeff Braun Jr., County-Wide Fire Photography: On Friday, July 15th, 2016, around 5:30 PM, the Berwyn Fire Department received multiple calls about a structure fire at 1236 Cuyler Avenue. As the first responding units arrived, they found a fully involved building. Quint 9Q1 was positioned in front of the structure to use its master stream and tackle the fire on the delta side, while Truck Co. 904 took up position behind them to handle the fire on the alpha side. North Riverside Engine Co. 808 responded as auto-aid and was stationed on 13th Street. Around 6:00 PM, Forest Park Engine Co. 402 was dispatched to the scene, backed down Cuyler Avenue, and their crew proceeded to bring their equipment to the burning building.
